Delivery

The way that we deliver any orders you place is explained below.

UK Orders

We use Royal Mail (http://www.royalmail.com/) for all UK orders. If you would prefer us to use another service, then please contact us before placing an order on this site.

We have our own delivery vehicles operating within 100 mile radius of Chesterfield, and should we have a vehicle passing close by to the delivery address you have specified within a three days of you placing your order, then we reserve the right to deliver your order using our own transport.

Overseas Orders.

We use Messrs Interparcel (http://www.interparcel.com/) for all overseas orders. Orders placed with Interparcel can be tracked by a unique tracking ID that they issue. If you require to track your overseas order then please email us at enquiries@northern-tea.com and we will give you the details required.
